As of Jan 18th 2009 I have decided to transition to natural. I am dead set on doing it. This time I am more excited and motivated. I thought that I would end up making this decision in the distant future but something came over me and I have the urge to go natural and be free of having to relax every few months. I love my natural texture and I would like to enjoy it, specially now that I know so much information about hair care. I wont be doing a big chop at all..I will just be doing small trims here and there according to how my ends are doing. This time around I feel more of a determination to transition. I am currently 11 weeks post and the longest i have ever stretched is 17 weeks and it was still pretty easy to manage for me so I know i can deal with the transition and two textures. I wish you other ladies a wonderful journey. I will be hunting down more natural/transitioning ladies for inspiration pics lol :)
Any additional natural tips anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated!
